Message to College Coaches

As Head Coach at Hartland, my mission is developing student-athletes who excel both on and off the field. With 25+ years of coaching experience, including a State Championship at Lansing Catholic and building academic all-state programs at Howell, I emphasize character development alongside athletic performance. When you recruit from Hartland, you'll find young men who understand commitment, discipline, and teamwork. We prepare our players for the next level by teaching football fundamentals while instilling work ethic and accountability. Our athletes are coached to be coachable - they respond well to instruction, handle adversity, and continuously strive to improve. I welcome direct communication about our players and am committed to providing honest, thorough evaluations. Having been part of successful programs at multiple levels, I understand what it takes to transition to collegiate football. My goal is creating a pipeline of well-prepared student-athletes who will represent your program with the same excellence they've shown at Hartland.
